can I know that my order has been successfully received by CondomX
?
A: CondomX will issue an "Order Acknowledgment" and
a "Sales Invoice" through email after receiving your
order. So, please make sure that your valid email address is
provided to us.

Q: Do
I need to stay at home and wait for my package ?
A: NO. All products will be delivered to the postal address
that you have provided. You DON'T need to stay at home to wait
for your package. If you have indicated that you want the product
send you by Registration Mail, then a signature will be required.
Q: When
will I receive my package after my order ?
A: We will process your order within 24 hours and you will receive
the products within 5 working days (in Hong Kong) after payment
is cleared. For customer outside Hong Kong, normally the delivery
time takes 7 to 10 days depends on delivery location.

Q: Will
CondomX's name be shown on the outside package that I received
?
A: NO. All products will be shipped in plain packaging to the
delivery address nominated. The Words "CondomX" or "Condom"
will not be appeared on the outside of the package.
Q: Will
I receive any junk mails after I place an order at CondomX?
A: Absolutely NOT. We DO NOT send any unwanted email to our
customers. All of our customer information and credit card information
are confidential. We DO NOT sell or distribute your information
to any other organizations.

A: Shopping on the Internet can be a very safe experience. CondomX
understands customer's concerns and questions about shopping
on the Internet. Your credit card is processed under

I send my order by mail or by fax?
A: Yes. You can download and print the order form in our "i-Shopping"
page, Acorbat and Plain Text format are available. Just fill
in the order form and then send it to us by mail or by FAX,
(mail & fax orders are available for Hong Kong customer
only)

not have a printer, how can I place the order offline?
A: You can download the
Plain Text order form in the "i-Shopping" page. Open
the order form by Notepad and fill it in, then send us by email.

Q: I do
not have a credit card, can I pay by check or direct deposit?
A: Yes. Besides credit card, we accept check and direct deposit
also, please refer to the "i-Shopping" page for details.
